About the role

Kırçıl Law Firm is looking for a lawyer to join our commercial and corporate team.

Responsibilities

Legal support on mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Advice on company governance and corporate compliance
Attending client meetings and reporting

Requirements

Law graduate, preferably with commercial-law experience
Licence to practise (or traineeship completed)
Good English (reading and drafting contracts)
Command of MS Office and legal-research platforms
Detail-oriented working style and strong written communication
